Terms & Conditions for Accred-Assure

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Accred-Assure! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

 

  1. Eligibility for Accreditation

All applications must meet our minimum standards, as outlined in our accreditation requirements. Failure to meet these standards will result in a denial of accreditation.

 

  1. Accreditation Process

Upon submitting your application:

- You will receive an invoice for the selected accreditation package. Payment must be made within 7 days.

- Once payment is received, you will receive a checklist of required documents, including training manuals, lesson plans, policies, and instructor qualifications.

- Documents will be reviewed within five (5) business days. If additional information is required, processing may take longer.

- Upon approval, you will receive your accreditation certificate, the Accred-Assure logo, and a unique identification number for use on your certificates.

 

  1. Fees and Payments

- All accreditation fees are due in full at the time of application.

- No refunds will be provided once payment has been received. This includes instances where accreditation is denied or revoked due to non-compliance with our standards or Terms & Conditions.

- Annual renewal fees are required to maintain your accreditation status.

 

  1. Responsibilities of Accredited Providers

Accredited providers must:

- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements within their industry.

- Maintain accurate records of student enrolment and certification.

- Ensure course materials remain compliant with Accred-Assure standards.

- Use the Accred-Assure logo only on approved certificates.

 

  1. Use of Accred-Assure Branding

Accred-Assure grants you the right to use its accreditation logo on your certificates and promotional materials. Any misuse of the logo or misrepresentation of your accreditation status will result in immediate revocation of accreditation without a refund.

 

  1. Revocation of Accreditation

Accred-Assure reserves the right to revoke accreditation if:

- The provider breaches these Terms & Conditions.

- Non-compliance with our accreditation standards is identified.

- Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity is discovered.

 

  1. Disclaimer of Liability

Accred-Assure is not liable for:

- The quality or outcomes of courses offered by accredited providers.

- Any claims arising from the actions of accredited providers or their students.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Accred-Assure, including logos and certificates, are the intellectual property of Accred-Assure. These materials may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.

 

  1. Amendments

Accred-Assure reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Providers will be notified of significant changes.
